* - # WELCOME to the dedicated IRC Network for security talks!
* - #
* - #        * Use port 6667 for normal connection.
* - #        * Use port 6697 for secure connection.
* - #
* - #
* - #        RULES:
* - # As in any other irc networks, there are rules
* - # on this one too. Breaking any of them will
* - # result in actions taken by our IRC Staff.
* - #
* - # By connecting to this network you accept the /rules!
* - #
* - # Here are the basics rules
* - #         * Respect the oper's and the administrators!
* - #         * Respect the other ircers!
* - # * Use of this irc server is a privilege NOT a right!
* - #         * Max one non-malicious bot per chan if required.
* - #         * Use common sense! And don't be stupid!
* - #         * Advertising other networks in topic isn't allowed.
* - #         * IRC Admin's decision is the final decision.
* - #
* - # IRC is an unmoderated information channel. We take no
* - # responsibilities of any kind and disclaim all content of any
* - # messages or files which pass through our servers. You claim
* - # all legal liability by connecting to any of our servers, and
* - # the result of running any commands you do as a result of being
* - # on irc are done at your own risk.
* - #
* - #
* - #        USEFUL INFORMATION:
* - # You should, if you are going to chat on this
* - # Network more than once, register your nick.
* - # To make stuff easier we are running several
* - # services. NickServ and ChanServ are the two
* - # that you should get more familiar with if
* - # you are going to register your nick or register
* - #         a channel.
* - #
* - # Type "/nickserv help" if you want help about nickserv.
* - # Type "/chanserv help" if you want help about chanserv.
* - #         easy...
* - #
* - #         As a standard you've got 20 seconds to identify
* - # yourself to nickserv after you are changing your nick
* - # to a registered nick. If you don't, your nick is going
* - # to change.. To do this all you have to do is type
* - #         "/identify P4$sw0Rd". The command /identify works
* - #         just as if you type "/msg nickserv identify P4$sw0Rd",
* - #         or "/nickserv identify P4$sw0Rd".
* - # The /identify command works on channels too, just use
* - #         "/identify #chan p@SSwOrD" instead.
* - #
* - #
* - #        HELP:
* - # If you need to talk to an oper, join #help. We will
* - # try to be there as much as possible for assistence.
* - # #help is the official help channel, but if you need
* - # help to your irc client or other simular stuff, RTFM!
* - # If you need help about chanmodes or something similar
* - #         take a look at the /helpop command.
* - #
* - # To get help about all the different services:
* - #          * /NickServ help  (for nickname registration)
* - #          * /ChanServ help  (for channel registration)
* - #          * /MemoServ help  (to send memos via irc)
* - #          * /BotServ help   (for bot registration) *NOT IN USE*
* - # * /HostServ help (for an assigned vhost) *NOT IN USE*
* - #
* - #                                                     Enjoy your stay...
