    * You have to be registered first
    * /hs request new.vhost.here
      or example like this only whatever words you want,
      /msg hostserv request i.am.l337
    * You wait for someone to approve it. That maybe up
      to a week depending upon how busy the ircops are.
    * /hs on or you can do /msg hostserv on
    * You can then do /cycle (or /hop on mirc) if you want
      to show it off.
